Over the weekend, I made it clear that I want to start the process of going back east. I don’t expect to pick up and leave immediately, but I needed him to know my heart is going that way.

Regardless of the consequences, I spoke up.  He was fairly indifferent.

After more time and many more words, I heard that he isn’t against it, but he isn’t for it either.
